Arrival – Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. Once arrived, I may have a few intake forms for you to fill out before treatment. Please silence your cell phones and other electronic devices so you can fully decompress and relax. My home spa is located on Kadena AB near the Rocker Enlisted Club and Kadena Elementary School.

Minimum Age Requirements - Guests under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. Guests ages 12-17 can enjoy facials, brow/lip waxing, and makeup services. I will not perform microdermabrasions, lash lifts, lash tints, or chemical peels on children under 18. Guests ages 12-15 must have a parent or guardian in the treatment room during the entire service. Guests ages 16-17 must have a parent or guardian on premise during the entire service.

First time clients – Since I haven’t looked at, worked with, or have seen how your skin reacts to my products and treatments, I do not perform microdermabrasions or chemical peels on first time clients. I require a regular facial first to see if your skin will handle the treatment well, and see what treatment will be best for you.

Deposits - In order to secure an appointment, I charge a $25 deposit* that is subtracted from your service total at the end of an appointment or can be rolled over to hold another scheduled appointment through Paypal. This deposit is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect my time which books up quickly. This deposit will be refunded if the appointment is cancelled with 48 hours notice. This deposit is forfeit for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours of receiving a date/time for an appointment, the appointment time will be reopened without notice to awaiting clients. I cannot guarantee the appointment time until the deposit is paid.

Rescheduling - Please, please try to keep your appointment time. I realize life comes up and client’s may have to reschedule appointments from time to time, and I will always try to work with them and be as flexible as I can with my time. However, last minute reschedules create empty time slots, lost revenue, and missed opportunities for potential clients. I’m consistently booked a month and a half out and any reschedules will have to be moved to the end of the line for appointments. Rescheduling more then 3 times in 6 months will result in appointments no longer being booked.

Cancellations – If an appointment needs to be cancelled, please contact me as soon as you know so I can refund your deposit (if the cancellation is made more then 48 hours before the appointment time) and fill the appointment. If an appointment is cancelled less then 48 hours before the appointment time, the deposit is forfeit. Cancelling more then 3 times in six months will result in appointments no longer being booked.

Tardiness - If arrival is delayed, I will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Arriving 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time is an automatic cancellation as there will not be enough time for a full appointment. After 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, the deposit is forfeit and will need to be paid again when rescheduling. Being late not only rushes the treatment experience, but infringes on the next client’s time. I need the time between client’s to change bed linens, sanitize equipment, and set up for the next appointment. Constant tardiness will result in appointments no longer being booked.

No shows – If something last minute comes up before an appointment or if you’re going to be later then the 15 minute cutoff, please text me to let me know! That way I can reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. If a client no shows on an appointment, the deposit is forfeit and appointments will no longer be booked.

Weekend Appointments – I will no longer be taking weekend appointments. i apologize for any Inconvenience.

Children at appointments – As I parent myself, I know it’s challenging to find time for yourself. However, my policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the spa. In the event you must bring a young child to your appointment, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. I cannot provide childcare services. Also, young children in carriers/ strollers may not be placed near the service area. There will be no running, screaming, or walking around the spa. Children 13 and older capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. If you cannot comply with this policy you may be asked to reschedule. While this policy helps ensure that you enjoy a relaxing spa experience, my main focus is your child's safety. My spa is not child proof. Sharp implements, glass, chemicals and products make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. I cannot be held responsible for injuries in the spa. as a result of unsupervised children. You will be financially responsible for ANY items and/or property damaged by children attending with you. Please understand that my concern is the safety of your child. I write this notice without the intent of offending and hope that you will aid me in keeping my spa a safe environment. Please me if you have concerns or questions about this policy.

Weather policy – We all know Okinawa weather is insane sometimes. Your safety is my priority, and typhoon conditions can change in an instant. If an impending typhoon is approaching and the base goes into TCCOR 1, all appointments will be rescheduled until the base is back to TCCOR All Clear. You will not be charged a fee and it will not count against reschedules.
